Interview with .com Keeper - Insults.



Hello. What are your duties?

I deal with private mail violations. Insults, swearing, malicious links, etc.


Do they often complain about begging or spam?

Several letters per month.


Are you the only one who deals with this kind of work?

Yes.


Do you have a lot of work? How many letters a day do you receive?

Approximately 10 letters every day, it depends on the game events. When group events are held, more letters appear.


The news on .com portal are published with some delay, do you receive letters containing some requests to explain some events/changes?

No.


Does your work cause some negative emotions?

No. All negative emotions in letters are addressed to other people, I punish for violations, nothing more.


Do English insults differ from Russian ones?

Russian is a very diverse language, English insults are not so rude.


How long have you been doing this work?

I have been dealing with violations since 2009, but this char has become active several months ago.


How much time did it take to make this char active again? Have you read all old letters?

An hour or so. I decided to reanimate this char because the Keeper’s analogue on .com was forgotten. There were no many letters because the players didn’t write, the char was inactive for 2 years.


Do players know about your activity?

I hope that many players know that I’m active again. All the rest will learn about me when they need my help.


Do you have a black list?

It is empty now, but if you get hysterical – you will appear there.


What do you want to change in your work?

Nothing, everything works as it has to. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my colleagues.


What relationships do you have with the Appeal Commission?

Working relationships. But I haven’t received any appeals yet.


What do you do except being a Keeper?

I manage the translator’s work, we have translated many artifacts’ description, we have added some info in «About the game» section. Moreover, she translates the news, but this kind of work is managed by the Administration.

Sometimes I deal with Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles, Finance and others.

I can forward some requests to Lexa and Admins.
